Need to download new language and play. I did not do the Registery and it works for me.
Been through the same mangle with EA support.. what a waste of time... They too fobbed me off in the end and just closed the case raised with ' No Fix'
Used the link above and i can now play BF3 again in English as i originally had.

I've had this game since release and never had an issue with this until today and I haven't played this game in 5 years so I don't know if this game is even compatible with the EA App or the game is completely broken and unplayable but when trying to install this game the only language is Russain not english. I've tried everything already and I made sure my account was set to the US Region and English.

Download the game from EA app.. i know it only offers Russian but that issue is on the EA platform that they cant or wont address it!
When the game is installed , follow the link posted by an Op a few posts up ( BaseCEP). That involves installing the correct language pack to the game and a registry tweak, and i can confirm, it worked for me.
It makes me angry that EA will not address this issue to those it affects. There's no accountability anymore!
