Battlefield 3 PC doesn't launch

I've been trying to start BF3 again and it doesn't even launch to the main menu.  I've done anything and everything to fix punkbuster, but launching bf3 through the EA app does not launch at all. ...

Hello, I faced with this problem for 10 days also. All programs are updated already. Also Punkbuster update. I don't know what is problem.

Even the servers’ pings aren’t seems. What could be the problem? Please see followings screenshots.
