My Origin Account was also hacked

On 10Nov2012, I received an email from Origin in Russian. At that time I thought that was an advertise and dont translate it to English.

Afterward I cannot login to Origin Account and I thought that was a technical probs from EA. At the end I translate the email mentioned above and now I know my Account was hacked. The hacker changed the password and the email as well.

This is the first account i registed with EA. The account was hacked is fruesdelis which I purchased some BF3 stuffs.

I tried to go to help.ea.com to look for help but it is no live chat or Game Advisor there.

So please help me and fix that unsecure error in your account management system.

Same here, my account was hacked 4 days ago, since the first day I contacted EA for support, they transfered my case to another department and told me to wait for them to get back to me, im still waiting, i really dont think there's much to investigate, i have proof that im the owner of the account, but they didnt care to listen, also this is happening a lot, theres tons of forums where you can read about it, so this is EA's fault.
