    I am sorry but if your code is missing in your retail box your will need to get in contact with your retailer first and ask for an replacement. The Battlefield 3: Premium Edition should include a code for the BF3 Premium membership in the game box.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. this is what i did straight away. i was issued a replacement for this error and recieved another copy a week or so later but was surprised to see the same had happened again. I have also spoken to a few people and anyone who bought these from Base.com are not getting the leaflet with codes inserted but the boxes are untouched and still sealed. any help on the matter, cureently i do not have the game anymore and would like it on xbox
