Battlefield 3 Premium edition serial code problem

Hey, I bought Battlefield 3 Premium edition from eb games just over a week ago and haven't installed it due to the need to study for exams. Well my exams are over and I go to install battlefield 3, I activate Premium onto my origin account and then proceed to install the game via disc. Before installing the game I get a prompt wanting my serial code. I thought "Well I already activated premium on my account, so I guess I put the code in again?" I tried that and it said that the code has already been used, of course by me. So I'm here with all the dlc for battlefield 3 activated for my account, a disc for battlefield 3 and the disc for the dlc but not a serial code for battlefield 3. I want to know if there was meant to be another code for battlefield 3 in the case, and if so, do I have to go question eb games? Or if premium is meant to activate battlefield 3 and it just hasn't. Side note, it does most definitely say on the case of the games: INCLUDES: BATTLEFIELD 3 GAME PLUS PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP FEATURING ALL 5 EXPANSION PACKS.
