Battlefield 3 Premium Re-download

I used the code for the Premium edition of Battlefield 3 but I had to cancel the downloads to save them for another time. But I don't know how to re-download the DLC again because I fear of paying ex...

    @FridayAfterNoon Since you're on Origin right click the BF3 tile in Origin, click on "Show Game Details" then click on the "Extra Content" tab to download the expansion packs and DLC that you may own.

    One additional observation from your screenshot. I seem BF3 Premium and not BF3 Premium Edition. BF3 Premium only has the DLC and requires you to purchase the BF3 Base game as well. the BF3 Premium Edition has both the base game and Premium Season pass covering all expansions. If you do not see a BF3 tile in your Origin library you'll need to purchase the base game as well to play.

That's not help full at all, I use origin and I can access my profile, but I cannot re download any of the items that I have payed for, I want to download BF3 onto my new pc, yet there is no where that I can do this, please advise as I have payed for this game and I will not take it kindly if I am expected to pay for it again, I have  the premium version and I have back to karkand.
