Battlefield 3 premium

I've recently played BF3 again and i've found out that my premium along with all my content has disappeared from my account, i do have proof that i've had premium because i still am able to see but not use my dlc dog tags and look at my level progress with the newer vehicles. Im just wondering if there is anything that you can do for me, because I'm a bit upset that 50$ has gone to waist. If there isn't anything you can do for me, oh well

    Follow the instructions below to contact Live Support.

    Click this link https://help.ea.com/contact-us?product=battlefield-3 and select Account/Registration from Category then select Platform.

    You should see a button at the bottom of the page called LIVE CHAT.

    If you live within the US/Canada you will have an option to CALL.
