I can totally see why you are frustrated with this issue. But unfortunately, we can not manage individual accounts on Answers HQ. I suggest you to get in touch with EA Advisors one more time, and explain them, what exactly you are experiencing, and what you friend can`t connect with your rented server, using completely different ISP. Keep us posted.

Hi Archie. Non issue. EA could NOT get it up and running unfortunately. Sony has re-imbursed me so I'll be sending the cash to a friend who has been successful in running EA servers for BF3 before. He'll just make me an admin and we're good to go.
