This issue now seems to be fully fixed as stats are showing up again. If you still have further issues with stats then please contact support for more help on this.
My stats too have been reset, i scared the **bleep** out of me when i saw it (a few days ago people said they had reported me because they thought i used hacks, even though obviously i did not, they were just low-ranked and had never heard of tapping your assault rifle instead of going berserk autofire) but since i didn't receive any email i doubted it and then i found this thread 🙂 happy to see it's (hopefully) a glitch.

PS for me all weapons are locked again and Battlelog also shows wrong rank (0)
