    Your CPU may be way too slow at 1.7 GHz, but a DxDiag doesn' know what the Turbo speed is.

    Your GPU doesn't come close to what the minimum video requirement is: 

    Graphic card: DirectX 10 or 11 compatible Nvidia or AMD ATI card, ATI Radeon 3870 or higher, Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT or higher.

    If it runs at all, MAJOR bog-speed.

    "Bog Speed" means what it says.  A bog is a muddy, swampy low place, and your feet sink in the goo at each step, so no "run" is possible, only a slow plodding stagger.
