Battlefield 3 won't allow me to play Multiplayer or Campaign

ok cool the only thing that flags on me is that the procceser is under the min specs it calls for 2.4GHZ

but that should be fine what i want  you to attempt lets have you try this step first.

1. Click the “Start” button.
2. Click “Control Panel”.
3. Click “System and Maintenance”.
4. Click “System”.
5. Click “Advanced System Settings.”
   1. Provide Administrator password or confirmation if prompted.
6. Under “Performance”, click “Settings”.
7. Click the “Data Execution Prevention” tab.
8. Click the radial button next to “Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.”

Then if not that does not help try this one:

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click on the "View By" option and select the Icon view (large or small options give the same information)
4. Select User Accounts (it should open into the account of the user who is currently logged in)
5. Click on the bottom-most option, which will be "Change User Account Control Settings"
6. Adjust the slider to the bottom-most option
7. Accept the changes
8. Restart the computer

And if that does not work try this one:

1. Start the System Configuration Utility
2. Press and hold the Windows key and R, type msconfig, and then click OK.
3. The System Configuration dialog box is displayed.
4. Configure selective startup options
5. In the System Configuration Utility box, click the General tab, and then click Selective Startup.
6. Uncheck the “Load startup items.”
7. Click the Services tab.
8. Click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box.
9. Click Disable All, and then click OK. (DO NOT CLICK APPLY)
10. When you are prompted, click Restart to restart the computer
