Battlefield 4 - Add Ons

I just subscribe monthly the EA play and download bf4 with all available add-ons,But the problem is only two add ons wont download because it need to be manage on steam.I already try to login steam and try download it both add ons but it wont let me.I try to link both account on steam and EA but nothing work.Im confuse

    @greatwar12,

    You should try uninstalling/installing the EA app, if that does not work, you should try contacting EA Help.

    Hello @greatwar12,

    You will need to download manually on the EA app, Community Operations and Legacy Operations. Try doing everything through the EA app.

    I did , but it keep saying "an unknow error occurered,restart the app and try again or reach out to our support team for help".I already try to restart my app and relogin back to ea app.
