Hello there i just bought one of the BF4 axe package thingy and i entered my code and i havent got my dog tags or battlepacks on my account ive tried restarting the game and waiting longer then 12 hours but i still dont have anything. can somebody help me with this?

I came across one of the AXE deals a while back. It gives a gold and silver pack, looking back at my history. The AXE dog tags showed up after I opened the battlepack (not in the battlepack itself)
You may have already done all this, but just to be sure -- you entered the code into AXE's promotion site, then the resulting key into Origin on PC or the game on console?
Mine took a while to show up (but hours, not weeks). I recall that I also logged out and back into Battlelog before it showed up, but not sure that actually helped.
Either way, you can try re-entering your code to make sure it was redeemed. To see your redemption code again, login with your Origin ID here:

or though the PC Origin client (under the "Origin" menu) or (I think) through the game itself for console versions.
*edit* just realized the AXE promotional dog tags did come on their own, not in the battlepack, so updated my comment above -- sorry for the confusion. (I just happened to get a dog tag in the silver battlepack it gave me)
