Battlefield 4 Campaign achievements not unlocking and not saving

I've been going through the campaign and I've had to replay missions multiple times due to it not saving even though I complete previous missions and start new ones. I've played the mountain mission 5+ times now, unable for it to save that I've finished it. Furthermore, the achievements for completing the missions aren't unlocking even though I've played through them multiple times. However, I've unlocked the achievements for getting a certain score in the mission and they are unlocking without a problem.
