I too am getting the Debug info test code 1102 for CTE
I have Origin installed onto a second drive away from my Win 8 operatioing system.
I have updated evrything but it gets to 99% and does not finish install, I have tried to repar the instalation and even removed the file and re downloaded it to install but, still the same problem
P.s I have a full premium- Anonymous12 years ago

I installed it fine. However if you have problems the CTE forums is probably the best place to go. The best advice I can give so far is to run Origin as administrator. My update installed fine.

Yes, I have premium and also have this problem. It just goes on an install loop and gives the error code: Test Code: 1102
JokerProductions on CTE Forums says:
To confirm for anyone else the files are named as follows:
GDFBinary_enUS.dll
GDFBinary_enUS_64.dll
Simply delete these from BF4 CTE install folder and then copy/pasta the same two files from your main Battlefield 4 install directory.

I have followed instructions, but no luck - my game downloaded fine, no issues but with the debug error '1102' and will not connect to EA servers for CTE. If anyone has another suggestion, this would be appreciated.
t1gge has posted today that there are investigating this already. We might expect patch by Tuesday.
I had the issue and was easy as stopping the origin service and then restarting it.
Playing right now.
