Battlefield 4 continues Loading Loop (prison mission) HElP!

So I'm up to where your supposed to escape the prison, well I die no surprise but when the game try's to reload the checkpoint it gets stuck in a continues loop and wont load! I don't know why so I c...

    ok never mind, what I did was restart the mission and it works fine now. why did I not think of that in the first place
