Battlefield 4 Controls don't work

This is exactly what just started for me. Game is completely unplayable now. I just got to level 115.

This worked for me:
I have gone in the key bindings and removed all the joystick binds for common, in vehicle, and on foot. This has solved my problem. Not sure why this happened today but it is now fixed for me. Tried a multiplayer round with no problems since. - RabidBeetle

  And where is that at I am not seeing that at all in the menus? I don't see the word COMMON anywhere. I press W for walk and I just keep walking forward endlessly when I release W key. Same for the Sprint key I just keep sprinting forward with no key pressed once I hit the Sprint key once and it just keeps going. Same with A and D keys for sideways movements. This is very frustrating to say the least. Game is unplayable. Tried unplugging all my controllers, new drivers nothing works. Any help much appreciated

    Go to Options / Key Bindings / Common (the header on the far left).
    Then go to the Joystick column. Remove anything that is assigned in this column. If you see something there, click it, and clear it out using ESC. At the end, all cells in this column should be completely blank.
