Battlefield 4 error 1 on all servers no matter what I tried

I tried reinstall the game, reinstall punkbuster, battlelog said could not join server [1], checked ban status on bf4db all clear. How can I fix this?

    If you are not able to join any server and you are getting kicked by fairfight, then it could be possible you have been banned. In that case, you should check out the link below, nobody else can assist you with this issue on the forum.

By the provided error, it does not seem like a ban. You can check your bans on the following link just in case.

Are you joining specific servers or are you using quick match?

When I joined via quick math, it showed error code 1

When I joined via browser or favorites, it showed kicked by fairfight
