Battlefield 4 error 1 on all servers no matter what I tried

I tried reinstall the game, reinstall punkbuster, battlelog said could not join server [1], checked ban status on bf4db all clear. How can I fix this?

    If you are not able to join any server and you are getting kicked by fairfight, then it could be possible you have been banned. In that case, you should check out the link below, nobody else can assist you with this issue on the forum.

i had this same issue after installed bf4 for windows 11 when turns out punkbuster didnt like windows 11 and i got globle banned as a result. 

and dont ask i emailed punkbuster over 12 times with in a 8 month period and not a single reply.
