Hello TheMumblisious25 have you already tried doing a full power cycle of the console?
Just turn it off, unplug the power and wait 15 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on again.
Also, is your EA Account correctly linked to Xbox? You can check it here.
Another thing that might help is deleting your Xbox profile and then logging back in with it.
If nothing seems to be working, you might want to try and do a factory reset, keeping games and apps.
