Battlefield 4 November Gold battlepack

Hello, my name is Sebastian, in-game/battlelog name is nrofthebeast. I preordered the BF4 Digital Deluxe edition and recently bought Premium membership. I was going to buy Premium in time to get the B-pack but my order got stalled for some reason and pushed back to the next day, so I never got the B-pack. I was wondering, since I have invested 110€ in this game, if I could be given a Gold Battlepack? If not, then I completely understand and I'm sorry for having taken up your time.

     Hi Bro, go to your battlelog and use mouse cursor to point on tab "SOLDIER" (the one beside "multiplayer" on the top left hand corner). You will see that there are a few choices so choose battlepacks. It should be there. Hope that helps.

    Yeah, I now recieved the premium packs + 1 gold. They weren't there earlier.
