Battlefield 4 payment failed

your payment has failed this could be caused by an expired payment method or incorrect information ??? whats that i allready buyed the game wtf and i c'ant found my bf4 in my library game

    Hi there again,

    I see now that you have bought both the Battlefield 4 Premium Membership and Battlefield 4. And of course, you should be able to play the game you have paid for. 

    As this is a community board, we can't really do much else from here. Please contact the EA Customer Support here [help.ea.com] and they will be able to help you further.

    Hello,

    Have you already paid for the game once? Or did you recently bought the game?

    If so, the payment process seem to not gone through. Have you received any confirmation email for receipt of the game? You should have got this.

    yes i paid bf4 premium membership and yes i have the RECEIPT (Order Number: 1449091542 ) 

    Order Date: 2014/05/31

    Hi again ausilot1,

    When you start the game, it says that you must pay again. Correct?

    Have you tried to re-install the Origin client? Please try this and if the problem persists, please get in touch by a EA Game Advisor here [help.ea.com] and they will be able to update your Origin account.

    Hi again,

    When reading your message again, I see that you have bought Battlefield 4 Premium Membership. The Premium membership won't include the Battlefield 4 game. Premium is a additional service to Battlefield 4. You need the game in order to use Premium.

    thx for help but no i c'ant found the game in my library when i go to the order history i found that bf4 failed (your payment has failed this could be caused by an expired payment method or incorrect information) this happen in the middle of the download
