I got on this morning to find that all of my battle packs have been reset and that i had lost the three premium packs you get initaly.
How do i get these back? I own Battlefield 4 on the 360 and have premium for the same system
What I thought had just been a premium issue has also proven to be a weapon attachment pack problem now
My brother and I have the same problem, did you come up with a solution?

i also have had this problem none of my premium battle packs are there and ive lost the carbon fiber knife how and what is being done to sort this problem out please help !!!!!!

Currently there are issues with Battlepacks and the devs are working on a fix. Unfortunately I do not have any information on when we can expect a fix so we will just have to remain patient.

I am also unable to use the Premium camos for my soldiers or guns. They are grayed out, as if I do not have Premium. I still have access to the Premium dogtags though.
