Battlefield 4 premium battle packs disappearing

I got on this morning to find that all of my battle packs have been reset and that i had lost the three premium packs you get initaly. How do i get these back? I own Battlefield 4 on the 360 and hav...

I am also unable to use the Premium camos for my soldiers or guns. They are grayed out, as if I do not have Premium. I still have access to the Premium dogtags though.
