Battlefield 4 PREMIUM EDITION CANNOT SEE ALL EXPANSION PACK

Dear EA customer support, I just bought my BF4 Premium edition in a store. The DVD case comes with 3 installation discs. Having installed all of them and logged in Origin, I can play single and multiplayer modes, however when I tried to access to the new expansion packs (that might come included in this edition), a pop up menu appears telling me that I need to install them first. I always thought that this was already made (1 hr installation process). Then I got 2 options. 1)Click the button that says "install".This method does not work.Everytime I click on, got a "retry" all the time. 2) Click on connect to Origin. When I do this, nothing happens, I just got the cover of BF4 in my installed games menu. Any idea what I'm missing? Will really appreciate any help/ Thanks in advanced.

  • Premium only provides access to download the expansions, it doesn't download them for you, not even with the Premium edition. After you redeem the Premium code and your Premium file downloads to your console make sure that you restart BF4 so the game initializes with the Premium file present.  When you get to the main title screen you will receive a pop up stating you are now premium.  Next you will have to download the DLC expansions covered by Premium (the file just gives you access to download them but doesn't download them for you) via the Premium tab of the BF4 in game store (not via the Xbox Live Marketplace or it will charge you money again) then close BF4.  After all 5 expansions completely download (this could take a while since each expansion is about 2 GB) start BF4.  At the main menu you will receive a series of pop ups stating that you now have each expansion.  Now from the main menu go to multiplayer, open server browser and then open the server browser filter by clicking R3 and check all new maps and game modes or you won't find any games on the new expansions.
