I bought Battlefield 4 on the 31st of October and tried buying Premium off the in game store with my UK account on the 4th of November, however it gave me: There is no content available at this time...

We're not able to provide you with assistance for this issue on Answers HQ.
We would advise contacting a Game Advisor through the Contact Us site here or as it was purchased through the Platstation store, you may need to contact Sony about why the entitlement wasn't added to your account.
