Battlefield Bad Company 2™ Vietnam problems with activation code !!

I bought Battlefield Bad Company 2™ Vietnam and received the activation code at the orderconfirmation and I can see it at the purchase products at Originin. But everytime I try to enter the code it shows that there is a general failure !
