@eXchance9 My main objection to a F2P BR is that it's a free cheat testing program with unlimited accounts whereas when you have to purchase the Battlefield game there's a barrier to entry which limits how many test accounts they make. Furthermore with the Premium system there was a second barrier to entry which made DLC servers fair since people are less likely to spend an extra $40-$50 on an account that won't last long.
Regarding BR I'd rather not have it in the next BF title (but it probably will be there chasing those sweet sweet Fortnight bucks) since the majority of the controversial changes in BF5 such as 4 man squads, no commander, attrition, forced animations to include the revive animation, lack of 3D spotting, clown like cosmetics, live service, and so on can be traced directly to having a BR mode. Many of us just want a solid traditional Battlefield title.

Bandwagon Royal... not my gamemode, but to each its own. As long as they invests some of the moneycow earnings back in to the game, it's fine by me. 🤔
