Sometimes when the crash occurs( And it crashed in about 10 minutes but it can happen in the first 2) my graphics card's Fans run at a higher rate than they used to when I was in-game.(They never get over-heated, I've checked.)
Well, the extra information raises a few issues. The first one your restrictions of slui.exe - this could indicate a problem with your Windows installation or suggest that you use an illegal version of Windows. If you use a less than legitimate version of Windows, this can cause all kinds of problems that are too complex for me to solve for you here.
Now the error with Event ID 8193 could suggest a lot of things. This event indicates that an unexpected Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) error has occurred. Now you might want to look further into the event log to find out why this error happens as described here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee264196(v=ws.10).aspx
Also, I would suggest moving the Origin Games installation directory to another harddrive if possible and turn off all backup, antivirus, firewall, antimalware, surfprotection etc. services you might have running. I would also at least try to run a scan of your harddrive, both with "sfc.exe /scannow" from a command-prompt with administration rights and with the built in Windows tool when you right click your hardrive and click properties --> tools --> check. Did you try the clean boot suggestion btw?
From your DXdiag I can see your sound drivers are quite old, you might want to look if you can find an upgrade from Gigabyte or Realtek themselves.
Also update your network card drivers if possible 🙂
Lastly the graphic card fan thing worried me a bit. Have you tried playing with your cabinet side off to see if that makes a difference, just to be sure?

Yeah, you caught me, my Windows is kinda "less than legitimate" haha. I just blocked slui.exe on my firewall and I can also delete it, if it's necessary. I turned the VSS service on, nothing has changed. I tried a Kaspersky virus scan a couple of days ago, defraged my HDD, tried with sfc.exe and the windows tool. I was using Driver Genius to update my drivers, some were indeed old now everything is upto date. The GPU fan has been doing this weird "boost" even with the cap off, I've been playing with the cap off for quite some time when I was testing the build. It always had more than normal temps.
