battlefield hardline freezes in episode 3: Gator bait

Nothing wrong with Xbox One. Pre-ordered Battlefield Hardline. Running fine until Ep.3:GB in the stadium right after I crow bar the door open. Looks like it's loading and never comes back. Black screen, blue spinning loading/saving icon.

How do I fix this? Or who do I contact?

    So... this is still an issue on Feb. 21, 2017. Almost 2 years and no fix???

    March 2018, just hit this issue. Took two attempts with their support to find this thread! And it's still not fixed! Guess EA don't give a * about their consumers. And why would they? We only pay their salaries...

    2018 MARCH 28. Playing this game for the first time on Xbox 360.  Same problem. I'm going to re-do the episode.  See how I go.

    Yep re did the episode from start, do a u turn after you get the radio frequency and head to the gator farm, get all evidence you can then go to sawmill, then to stadium. Doesn't matter if you go stealth or blazin.  Thanks to this thread.  Saved my goose....

    Yo this actually works ! 

    Everytime I have tried little things such as this on other games and it hasnt worked. 

    This worked first time!  On PS4 veteran mode.
