Nothing wrong with Xbox One. Pre-ordered Battlefield Hardline. Running fine until Ep.3:GB in the stadium right after I crow bar the door open. Looks like it's loading and never comes back. Black screen, blue spinning loading/saving icon.How do I fix this? Or who do I contact?

thanks rudolfien. This actually worked. After tagging all the cocaine, go to the gator farm first, where you see the dead gator as evidence, then go to the logging station. Don't stop at an area yet, look around while in the boat to be sure that is the logging station. If you're there first, turn back and go to the gator farm first, then go to the logging station, then to the stadium, then you will open the door with the crowbar and proceed as normal.EA needs to fix this for others though.

It is ridiculous that EA has not released a patch or any information since this has been going on for more than a week.

Just FYI I was able to open the boat house door by going to the gator farm first then the mill. Should note that I had to restart this level a few times for the drug bails to show up correct. But I am now past that section.

I Just want to confirm that replaying Episode 3 and going to the Gator Farm before the Mill does in fact correct the issue.It's not really time consuming and if you already collected all the evidence it's easy to rush through.

If I wanna go through the door in the stadium, I always get a blackscreen with the blue save/load-symbol. Every Time. And its loading, loading, loading ...

Just spent 60 bucks hard earned and play three levels in and this stupid game freezes with no patch no help from ea last time I buy a ea title never had a problem with any other ps4 game VERY IRATE WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT EA DONT CARE AND LET'S GAMES GO TO MARKET WITHOUT GETTING THE BUGS OUT hopefully game stop will give me my money back for this garbage....

How have you not fixed this yet? How does ea steal my money and put out a * product that they know doesn't work. Either they are idiots or think we are idiots. Neither one is a good option. Sort your * out EA

Talked to ea tech support. Apparently have to start the game from the beginning. I tried and worked.

Yup Single player crashes even at the beginning .. i quit playing the single player due to crashes ... multiplayer crashes way to many times.. i have many many UPLOAD videos of the game crashing .... needs fixing ..

Restarting the campaign, fixed the problem for me...
