Battlefield Hardline server shutdown is stupid and lacks sense

I'm writing this discussion because of what the title says. I probably would get mad at EA because of their tendency to kill servers every year. Well, you already screwed up my BF3 platinum in 2024 ...

I can't finish anything. I'm having an issue with my EA account that's preventing me from accessing multiplayer. EA support just asks “Have you tried connecting your console to the internet?” Is there a way to contact actual support that can address technical issues?
