Battlefield not installing multiplayer on PS4.

I installed BF4 11/15/2013 & subscribed to premium, & this week I logged on after I downloaded my Naval Assault expansion and played a few hours. The next day I logged on and it said it was installing the multiplayer and campaign was 100% It has not gotten past 53% for full game, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. This is getting frustrating and forcing me to play Ghosts and count the days to ESO comes out. Sucks to pay extra for premium and not even be able to play. Why did it uninstall and how do I remedy this and get back to my favorite game?
