Battlefield Xbox 360 to xbox one upgrade?

Greetings,
I've seen some ads online mentioning a Battlefield 4 upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. I currently have a new-ish copy of BF 4 Premium for the Xbox 360 and want to get the xbox one premium version for my new xbox one. Am I still able to upgrade to the Xbox one premium version?

    You can still use the next generation transfer program if you have not used it before. You can only transfer your game, including Premium, once.
