unfortunately, we can't check accounts here in the forum - we don't have access to account information here, only the EA Support does. If you bought the game through the EA app a few days ago then you wouldn't get a product key as all purchases that are done directly through the EA app should simply be unlocking the game in the app. If you look at the game in your library/in the app, is it shown as bought, or would it want you to rebuy it? If you want further help, please answer the questions in my previous post. As we don't have access to accounts here, we need all the details to be able to figure out what it going on.
We also don't have automatic Grammarly - if you see Grammarly then you probably have the extension in your browser. Regarding the other things, I'm not sure what's going on. Can you post normally now or are you getting more error messages?
