Battlelog is not showing my premium status

Question

I have premium on Console . Xbox 360 and I'm enjoying the perks of it, but when I get on the forums it just says I have the DLC and not premium. At first this didn't really bother me, but now Since I've wanted to use several emblems I've liked that are premium only the battlelog won't let me. Does anyone else experience This problem?

EDIT: As said below if it is the truth, then support can not help you and you will need to buy it for the main account.

# Now search the game you need help with.
# Click on the provided game image to select it and next.
# On the next page, select your platform and click next 
# As final choice, select a topic and enter your problem and click next
The site will now give you the available contact options. These depend on the country/language
you chose.
