Battlelog stats are different than my PS3 stats

Both stats seemed to be updating and syncing properly until last night. I was playing the new AK maps when my PS3 locked up mid-match. I had just reached colonel 9 in my previous match (and battlelog show this), but when I checked my stats on my PS3 after the reboot, my stats list me as colonel 8 and needing 20,000 experience for 9th again. I checked my stats this morning to make sure it wasn't a delayed update, and I'm still colonel 8 on my PS3. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this an AK issue? I'm wondering if I need to re-install my game, but as I recall, all stats/data are stored on EA servers and not locally to my console.

I also noticed that my clan tag doesn't show on my dogtags on my PS3, and the tag did show properly before this stat bug. I'm unsure if the 2 problems are related. These are more of an annoyance than a gamebreaker with all other things considered. Any help/info is greatly appreciated.

There hasn't been any resolution yet on my end or from the EA/DICE team. The difference in stats is currently more than I previously stated with the multiple double XP weekends that have happened. There is nearly a half level difference between my correct Battlelog stats and my incorrect PS3 stats. If I remember correctly, I believe the issue is known, but I don't predict there will ever be a solution to this problem. I don't know why my stats won't sync correctly to my PS3. I've tried everything including going into PS3 maintenance mode and doing a file restore and database rebuild that had no effect on the problem. I believe it's a server issue honestly. I've played matches in the last few days where I've lost connection in the middle of a match, and none of my assignment work or weapon unlocks were saved. I had to re-complete my assignment work as well as unlock re-locked attachments for weapons. Very frustrating. I've recently started using my Battlelog on my laptop while I play matches on PS3 to keep a better record of what I do during matches. It's annoying, but that serves the purpose rather than depending on my incorrect PS3 stats under the "My Soldier" section.

I have had this problem since day one, but with all the other problems this was minor. Not that the bigger ones were fixed or anything, I just gave up on them since I have a feeling there is no fix.

Anyhow, my PS3 stats are way better than my battlelog.com stats, the spm is off by 200, it's 525 on PS3 and 325 on Battlelog. can we get an update on if this issue is even being addressed or who can we call to make something happen here. I'm a little tired of being told "work-arounds" that don't work around a thing. Between this, my kit progression being lost on every other server, game freezing when nothing is even stressing the system. DICE dropped the ball on syncing the server code and game code. Stress testing should have had a good part of these issues solved before beta release... Here we are paying DICE to do their beta testing for them. DICE has scammed us all.

I don't expect them to have a fix for this issue any time soon or ever. The developers have moved on to BF4, and that game has too many problems to list. I'm glad that I didn't buy it. My stats for BF3 are still different between my Battlelog and PS3. My PS3 stats are almost a full level behind at this point. When I play BF3 now, I just keep my Battlelog open since it updates immediately after a match.
