Battlelog unable to launch the game on Linux

When I tried some years ago to play Battlefield 3 on Linux it ran really good. Yes, you had to install Origin through Lutris/wine, install the anticheat manually and change the header of your internet browser to show as "Windows 10" or it didn't let you play...but after some work I was playing with my friends like we liked to do.

And then...EA App appeared, with of course NO support for Linux (but it does support Apple PCs and those billions of Mac Gamers) and here are again. I can play ALL of my games after installing the EA Apptrocity except BF3 which cannot connect the battlelog session with the EA app.

I can't understand why EA has done this but if anyone has any idea to try to repair it, would be awesome.

    Hello @Kharlox,

    I don't know a lot about Linux, but I have seen a lot of Reddit post on the topic trying to troubleshoot the issue. I would advise you to try searching on Reddit for additional information. Hope you find a solution.
