Battlelog won't show my stats and my soldier apparently isn't registered?

I can log into my account on the battle log but its saying no soldier is registered and that my platform is a pc when I use a Xbox 360? Also everytime I go onto bf 3 notifications keep popping up saying I've unlocked jet packs, expansion packs etc when there already unlocked, I have to adjust the brightness of the screen everytime I go on the game just like when you first play the game? Furthermore, on battle log I don't have no friends which is news to me, ea seem to happily take my hard earned money but wot fix my repetitive and very annoying problems. I expect to hear from a EA operative very soon, one very unhappy customer.
