Battlfield 1 soundtrack codes

Hi,

I've been asked to post this here via Twitter. Like many who have bought the superb Battlefield 1 soundtrack on vinyl my download codes for the MP3 version of the album and extra tracks is missing. I've now had two replacements via Amazon UK and both these have also not had the relevant codes.

Can you please help. The packaging and description clear states  these should have been included

Kind regards,

Dave

    @Kingdom_Of_Rust Hi Dave,

    I've got the same problem. The vinyl was manufactured and distributed by "Nettwerk Music Group". I contacted them via Facebook and they told me to follow the EA help link, similarly to the other reply on here, begging for XP.

    Considering the only options we are given in the help menu is "Help with a game" and "Manage your Account", I fail to see how going here will help us at all.

    Let me know if you find a solution.

    Matt

    Thanks for your help, but every time I get through to the "How would you like to contact us?" page, it fails. If I click "Chat now", I receive an error message saying: "We were unable to connect you with the support channel you requested. Please try another option or visit Answer HQ for community support." And if I click "Call me" and enter all of my information, the "submit" button is greyed out and stays like this even with all the fields filled in correctly. I also tried calling but got put on hold for over half an hour with no answer. It's almost like some force is stopping me from getting help! It's a lot of effort customers are having to go through for a problem caused by the manufacturer. Any suggestions?

    @sn106w maybe chat wasn't available at that time.

    Could you please retry?

    Let me know.

    I managed to finally get through to two seperate representatives; one through email, one through chat. Neither of them were helpful as I don't think they even understood what a vinyl record was, they kept referring to it as a game. The email representative kept on sending a duplicate reply, telling me to contact Amazon, and the chat representative said pretty much the same thing. So I gave up trying to flog those dead horses, and contacted Amazon. Amazon can only offer a 30% discount and have no way of reimbursing customers for the lack of download card. This whole venture has been a waste of time when being told different things from different sources.

    I'm very sorry to hear that. Sadly, Ea isn't responsible for third-party products...and amazon is just a seller. I would keep pushing on the company which produced the package as they are the only responsible for lack of contenent...they could send you a spare code via message.
    Best regards
