BF1 cant use shortcut kit weapons and my rank seems 0

Hello. I got assault shortcut kit couple days ago. I played couple games for couple days and it was all ok. But for 3 days, i can see my assault shortcut kit on my inventory but cant use any of them in game. Even operations or conquer mods i cant even select these weapons like i didnt buy it already. And also my rank is 0 when i join lobbies and everyone else also rank 0. Please do something about it. I cant play the game for 3 days. I deleted and downloaded the game and also add-ons (shortcut kit inclued) again and again but my problem still exist. I play on PS4 and my PSN: Medicaution
