BF1 Closing on startup (2025 May)
Im wanting to get back into playing BF1 but im having troubles when starting the game up.
It boots too the loading screen and then just instantly throws me back to the EA app without any crash codes.

The issue which you are having is caused by the anti cheat and a program which you have installed on your computer.
Some of the programs which cause this issue are Asus Armory Crate, Asus Game first and Malwarebytes. The solution to this is to either disable these programs from startup and closing them down in task tray or by uninstalling them. Some people that I have helped in the past with this issue, had also some network monitoring tools, there was even a guy who had skin mods installed for BF 1 which no longer work since the introduction of the EA anti cheat. Some other programs can be RGB software.
Another solution would be doing a clean boot.
