BF1 Launches but Freezes Completely After Update (No Input Response)
After the update, it crashed on startup so badly that I had to restart my computer. After that, I opened it and BF1 launches, but it doesn’t respond to anything neither mouse clicks nor keyboard input.
hey guys, so i recently bought Bf1 during the steam spring sale, but ever since i installed it, it wont launch, it only throws an error windows that says "Battlefield 1 failed to start, please repair your game installation and try again" , I have tried the following with no success:
Reinstall the game
Switch language to English
I have installed the EA App and it's anti-cheat
I have windows and nvidia drivers up to date
Restarted my computer
Verified game file integrity via steam (EA app doesnt have that option)
Launched the game directly in the EA launcher
Ran EA anticheat.exe as administrator
Ran the Ea app as administrator
Have secure boot enabled
I dont have any battlefront 2 ralated things (mods)
