It appears to be a problem going as far back as 2017 but when joining an official DICE Conquest server (EU on the PS4), many of the players' levels are blank and those that aren't read '0'. When I get to the end of the game there is no statistical summary or XP/ battlepack progression and the screen just approximately reads 'Private/ Unranked game'.This just started to happen recently but it seems to affect every server I try (very rarely I'm able to find one that works as it should). Using the 'Favourite' menu option (for me Conquest) also sometimes puts me in servers with requirements such as bans on K bullets etc..Is anything known about this problem? Is there anything I can do about it? It does impact my enjoyment of the game since I like to see how I'm playing so if there's any way that anyone can help it'd be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I don't think this is solved. For operations, all I can play is this unranked match. If you select a vehicle you are kicked immediately from the game. It is ruing bf1 for me and I am going to cancel my subscription if this is not corrected

Bought it on PS5 since I never had the opportunity around the time it came out. Gutted that i cant progress my kits regardless of what server I join.

After reading some of the recent posts I realise that this is a service-wide issue on Playstation and the EA team are looking into it. In my defense the titles could have been clearer!

I assumed since it had been noted by EA on another post that it would be fixed soon but it's been almost two weeks since I posted this (and close to a month since the issue started).

So as i suspected when i transferred my game from PS5 to PS5 Pro it was if i never completed the Campaign. I did the Campaign all over again and I am happy to say I am no longer getting the UNRANKED GAME message!

I figured it out all you have to do is complete the Campaign! I had BF1 on my PS5 and transferred it over to PS5 Pro and it was if i never completed the Campaign and I couldn't make any progress on Challenges. I did the Campaign all over again and now everything is working fine! You are welcome EA lol
