BF1 on XB1 Missing Multiplayer Privileges

I have the exact same problem that has been happening since I bought the game, and it says that I am not eligible to connect online but can only play campaign with a xbox live gold account and a non underage account

This is going to sound stupid but it’s what worked for me I restarted my Xbox didn’t work so I just kept restarting the game until I got the little press right trigger to go online thing in the bottom right of the screen took about five times I know it’s dumb but it worked for me hope it helps 

 I can not express how frustrated I am with this ... I have literally tried everything, called Microsoft xbox support, called my internet provider, been on chat supports with Microsoft, been on countless youtube guides and google links in relation to this same problem alot of people seem to be having and yet STILL NO SOLUTION ?!  I have confirmed my xbox live gold is fine and all other games I have work fine online bar battlefield 1. When I first got it, it was working fine but now randomly out of no where with no apparent reason I cant access multiplayer and its been the same for over a week. I live with someone who also has a xbox 1 with battlefield 1 and he plays it fine with no problems, but when it comes to mine literally nothing I do or try can resolve this issue and its so far beyond a joke its not funny, I have received no relevant support at all, leaving me asking why do I even own this game when I can't do literally the 1 thing I want to do on it ?
You need TO HELP ME FIX THIS ISSUE ??????? HOW DO YOU KEEP LETTING THIS GO UN NOTICED WE CAN'T EVEN PLAY YOUR GAME WTF? I want a solution ASAP or a refund.
I refuse to pay for something that doesn't work for no reason and especially when the provider can't offer any solutions or support what a JOKE?

I think this is due to not having the Xbox equivelent of ps plus. I believe its called xbox live gold or something like that.
