bf1 says i need an update, however no update available

whenever i start bf1, it says i need an update. upon clicking update, the game does nothing and same goes for clicking not now. it have tried manually updating and repairing, even uninstalling/reinst...

    I am playing BF1 on PC platform.

    Also, I complaint to EA Help and send them PC characteristic (DxDiag). They said that I have too low characteristic of graphic card, and that the game will work once I upgrade graphic card. That’s all from them and the case is closed.

    I find this strange because I had played this game before with the same graphic card!
