I'm writing to inform you that there's a major problem currently affecting Battlefield 1 on Xbox. It's impossible to launch any operations other than Gallipoli and Shock Ops. Although the campaign is Fire & Ice, there's no way to launch these operations.

Many players are complaining about this, and there are no servers available to join. It seems to be working correctly on PlayStation.
