bf3 could not activate

downloaded bf3 and getting activation error I did all the solutions but it didn't happen I got help from live support with the admins I did all the steps but it didn't happen I asked for my game to ...

Hello @T4butcu74,

Start off by uninstalling Origin and installing the EA app. Did you buy the game on Origin, Steam or in a store (physical copy)?

    I bought it from the EA play app
    origin was never installed anyway
    I just downloaded the Ea play app
    Bf1 Bf4 running smoothly no problem
    only Bf3 problem and it won't open. ☹️((

      @T4butcu74,

      You should start off by reinstalling Battlefield 3, also update your graphic card drivers. 

      You talked to EA support already?

        @danisoff ea play is a very bad company and the app is even worse the best solution is to delete everything and not play
