It doesn't seem to crash during start up anymore, which is weird but good in a way, but I still getting crashes while trying to change the video settings in game. I made a short clip for you to look at to see if this is to any help.

The issue with the video settings seems to be related to the monitor for some reason, there isn't a universal solution. I've experienced this myself.
The only workaround that helps is adjusting the settings through the Nvidia app.
Really? I'm happy that I'm not alone facing this issue, even though it's annoying since this wasn't a problem before updating to Win11.
- Do you still experience this issue yourself or has it gone away and you are able to use the video settings in game again?
- Did you experience this issue in Win11 or did this happen to you in older Windows versions as well?
- If this is a monitor related issue as you are mentioning, do you think this is a Nvidia driver issue that's behind it or could it be a Windows problem that Win10 didn't have?
You can search online and see that this issue is almost always linked to the monitor. For me, the problems started after I changed my monitor. I'm pretty good at troubleshooting almost anything, but this just seemed like an unnecessary hassle to fix, especially since I can easily adjust everything through the Nvidia app (I still use this method to this day since 2018).
I'm on Windows 10, which I've been using since around 2016.
