Hello, I recently purchased Battlefield 3 Premium Edition for the PC and it does not appear under my list of games. I checked my origin account and the order appears under purchases. I also checked my bank account and the money has already been taken out of my account. I have tried logging out of origin, uninstall and reinstalling origin and it still does not appear in my games. PLEASE HELP!
Do you have the base game?
Battlefield 3 Premium does not include the base game Battlefield 3, which is required to play all the extra content that comes with Premium. This is being mentioned at the product details page within the Origin store.
Please make sure you have "Show: All Games" in MY GAMES selected. Have also a look at "Hidden Games" because manually hidden games will not appear in the "All Games" view.
